Game Bugs

When gems teleport back they can still be stolen from their previous location (on the ground, not in cave). This happens in fast forward mode.

Clicking once after selecting a spell does not always fire the spell, and requires you to click twice. This seems minor but can be fatal at times.

Read the reviews and fix the game, christ.

I agree with SensitiveJerk

I didnt mind the music though.
What really bugged me is:

Getting blinded by goo that my feet touched and not my eyes. Ok so maybe it emitted some kind of blinding gas. Anyway the blinding length is way too long and annoying, even as a deterrent. Items that get dropped by the enemies with black goo should be dropped on top of the black goo, not under it (to show them better to the player).

The Golems that explode and throw harmful chunks everywhere are ridiculous.
Why would those rocks keep flying at a constant speed like that. You'd think gravity would pull them down to the ground and stop them.

The descriptions for the Personal skill/speed/armor upgrades are buggy. When i got full skill it said i could keep adding to it for speed? Yet there was another description for speed itself.

Also i see no incentive to put points into upgrading bows early on. It seems pointless because you'll eventually get better weapons. This is not the same thing as using gold on early weapons mind you.

Fun game though, i finished the campaign.

Decent

Repetitive with no real reward in the end. I got to level 7 and it started bugging out. Some pixels wouldn't show up on screen but they would reach the bottom and hurt my health. Also some collisions don't trigger the first pass of my pixel monster (probably because of the alg at this point).

Not sure why everyone thinks level 4 is so hard. It's not very complicated to move the mouse left and right while building a wide platform.

Nice, bugs and cheats

Good game, liked the style. At the crane part, after i picked up the train, i swiveled around and then i guess i pressed "move right" too fast and the bottom of the crane moved right but the top stayed left, hanging in the air.

also, right clicking and pressing "play" lets you skip to the end (remove contextmenu options)

Good job

lvl 3 lightning + lvl 3 homing + additional towers + random shooting in general direction of enemy = WIN

The arrows that miss end up circling around the enemy, unleashing lightning arcs unto them. Its kinda funny.

Nice job.

A good game, worth a sit down for.

I enjoyed this game through the whole play through. Never got stuck anywhere for longer than 5 minutes (a good rate for a casual game).

I like the art, the control were smooth, and the collision detection worked very well. Would like to see more.

If i didnt know any better..

I'd say you didnt take very much time to beta test this game before releasing it, did you?

If you did, someone from your group of testers would have eventually mentioned how annoying it is to have to start over from the very beginning every time you mess up on one level.

I understand this is supposed to be a quick "Coffe break" kind of game. It does well in being just that, however you could have at least done a "in-game" checkpoint system that lets a player restart a level or something.

lol read this:

You can make an invincible character by registering a character name with periods in the name. I am "A.I.D.S." and have not died once. I'm sorry to the people who thought i was hacking but it was really a bad game glitch.

Also, to earn any experience it seems i have to kill some people but i can't win. So i get 9 kills and let the other players win, then i get 9 exp points. This is kind of annoying but im in god mode so whatever ...

Fix the invincibility glitch and the score/exp thing and this would be a bit better.

Good game, but needs improvements:

I liked the graphics, the setup, and the variety. The sound works well, doesn't annoy.

The IVth/Max tower upgrade should provide an extra bonus, such as a 1 or 2 second decrease in reload time, or some extra effect like super range. For instance, the artillery and green circle laser weapon should get a reduction in reload time at the final upgrade. It only makes sense to reward the user for putting so much money into a tower.

As someone stated before, as the level progresses, the enemies should provide you with a bit more money. Not a lot more, just enough to not get so overwhelmed.

A good feature to add: If a player is trying to put down a tower over some walls (the ones you can buy), let the tower build over the walls, and sell the walls it's covering. To avoid accidents, this could require a double click.

Also, I don't know why, but there seems to be some tower missing. Not saying you forgot one, i just feel like there needs to be one more; Like a bonus tower that doesn't attack, but increases the range or damage of nearby towers, you know?

Wow. Nostalgia.
